Service Requests

1) The manual provided with the product has the detailed check tips to handle troubles at the jobsite. Please refer to manual.

2) You can find the name of each part of the coating machine in the manual or in the product composition drawing on our website (pop-up link).

3) Service request to the main office by door-to-door delivery service
* If you want after-sales service by door-to-door delivery service during the free warranty period (15 months), we will bear the charges for two way transportation by door-to-door delivery service.
* If you want after-sales service by door-to-door delivery service after the free warranty period (15 months), we will bear the charge for one way transportation by door-to-door delivery service.

4) If you visit our office for after-sales services, you are eligible to receive after-sales service immediately and a 10% discount, if any costs incur.

5) If you want on-site service from the main office, and if you are in Gyeonggi province, you can receive after-sales service within 24 hours by our service staff from the main office.

** Before service requests, please first check the manual or our website, if the air supply and the parts of the powder coating machine are working normally.
